The Challenge: A dated timber patio on a Microsoft campus had severely degraded from weathering and high moisture. The wood planks turned grey, molded, and cracked, cause the valuable outdoor space completely abandoned by employees.

The new FPC patio is more durable, wear-resistant, UV-resistant, waterproof, mold-resistant, and moisture-proof. It also has lower thermal expansion and advanced performance, making it more environmentally friendly. Each square meter reduces carbon emissions by 5.12 kg, 97.28kg carbon have been saved in total.
